Contactus
One address, read by a person. Interlinked Files is operated from Singapore.
1. Anything at all
Questions, billing, privacy requests, press, and anything that does not fit below: [email protected]. Put what it is about in the subject line and it reaches the right place on its own.
2. Building an integration
The API, the three webhook events, the keys and the write-back slot are specified, built and live, and every surface with what answers today is on the platform page. What we do not have is the first integration telling us we got the shape wrong.
If you build on source hosts and any of it looks close, we would rather hear it now than after it ships. Say which event or route you would reach for first, and what is missing from it: [email protected], with “Building” in the subject line.
3. Reporting a shared link
Every shared page carries a “Report this link” link at the bottom. Use it on the link itself: it files the report against the right project, and a person looks at every one. If you only have the address, paste it here: report a link.
What happens next: a link that breaks the content policy is paused. It stops serving, nothing is deleted, and the person who published it is told why and has 14 days to dispute. Three independent reports of one link within a day pause it on their own until it is reviewed.
4. Copyright and legal notices
Formal notices, including notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, go to the designated agent named on the legal notices page, which also lists what a notice has to contain to be acted on.
5. Your data
Search runs on your own machine and nothing about it leaves it. The only bytes we hold are the projects you choose to host. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, email the address above with “Privacy” in the subject line. The privacy policy says exactly what is kept and for how long.
