What is Interlinked?
A file search and file sharing service. On your computer, it finds any file instantly, by name or by what's inside it, for you and for your AI. And your project folders can be shared by link with their whole version history, so sending work to someone is as simple as sending a URL.

Hosting starts free too: 2 projects and 5GB of storage, with 100GB of transfer a month. Nothing is charged until you decide to grow past that, and there is no card to add before you do.
What does $5.99 include?
Hosting. Unlimited projects that never expire, 100GB of storage included, and 100GB of transfer a month. The desktop app and MCP AI search are free for everyone and are not part of the price: you pay to host your work, never to search your own machine. Billed monthly from day one, cancel anytime in one click.
Is MCP AI search really free?
Yes. Free forever, on every machine you own, with no trial window and no device limit. Your agents get file search, text search, and knowledge on the whole machine, and reading projects people share with you is free too. The only thing that costs money is hosting your own projects past the free tier.
What if I need more than 100GB?
On the $5.99 plan more space starts automatically as you grow: $5.99 per 100GB block a month, no plan change, no interruption. Storage is billed on your biggest reading of the month, in whole blocks, rounded up, so 25GB over is one block and you can always state your bill in advance, which a per-gigabyte meter cannot do. It is counted by the size of your unique content after deduplication, so two copies of the same file count once and version history of code and documents costs almost nothing. On the free plan nothing is ever charged: past 5GB your links pause until you subscribe.
What does transfer cost?
Every account gets 100GB of transfer a month included, uploads and downloads combined. Past that it is the same $5.99 per 100GB block as storage, on your month's total: one number for everything. On the free plan there is nothing to charge, so transfer pauses until the month rolls over instead. Day to day work is small: only changed data moves, so a 1MB edit inside a huge project costs about 1MB of transfer.
How much per seat?
$0. Unlimited writers, readers, and team size on every plan, and nobody is ever counted. A solo dev and a 100 person studio pay the same two lines: storage blocks and transfer blocks.
Who gets the bill?
The owner of the space, for everyone's storage and transfer. Receiving a share is always free: no account, no install, no charge. For a company, one card on the owner's account pays for the whole team, and Stripe, which is the seller of record, sends every receipt and invoice automatically. Teammates never see billing.
What happens if I go past the free limits?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. Publishing a third project is refused until you subscribe, and past 5GB of storage or 100GB of transfer in a month your links pause: they serve again when the month rolls over, or the moment you subscribe. Everything you have already saved stays exactly where it is.
What happens to my projects if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Every version you saved stays where it is. The account moves to the free plan rules: inside the free limits everything keeps working, and past them your links stop serving and new saves are refused until the plan is active again. Subscribing again turns it all back on exactly as it was.
How many devices can I use?
All of yours. Older plans counted devices; that limit is gone. Install it on every machine you own: the app is free on all of them, and hosting is billed per account, not per computer.
How much memory does it use?
About 44 MB idle in Task Manager, lighter than a single browser tab. The on-disk index costs under 1% of your drive.
Does it work offline? Where do my files go?
Search runs entirely on your machine: names, contents, and queries never leave it, and there is no model and no API key anywhere in the product. The only bytes that ever upload are the projects you choose to host or share. Search keeps working through stretches with no connection at all; hosting is the only part that needs the network.
Why Windows only?
The instant search is built on a data structure only Windows has (the NTFS file table). There’s no equivalent on Mac or Linux, so a port would be a different engine. Windows is where this speed is possible.
